Ribolla Gialla 2022

Ribolla Gialla is a white grape variety native to North Eastern Italy. This wine was fermented on skins for 2 weeks in open vats. It was then pressed off to stainless steel tanks, where it went through malolactic fermentation.

Golden amber in colour with aromas of golden peaches. Full of texture with flavours of preserved lemon & Nashi pears. Finishing with flint & saline notes this wine has a clean dry finish.
