Mount Towrong Prosecco 2016
The 2016 Prosecco was produced with estate grown fruit from 13 year old Glera vines at the centre of the property. Our Prosecco is bottle fermented spending 8 months on lees before disgorging.
This wine is light gold in colour with a fine mouse with aromas of fresh pear, toast and granny smith apples with a clean, dry finish.
2016 was a mild and dry season with minimal rainfall between December and March. Cold nights throughout the growing season gave this wine balanced acidity.
